I aim to get all my nutrients through food instead of taking supplements but I believe a probiotic is something that is essential. Seed’s probiotic has improved my digestion, skin and overall health immensely. I’ve been taking seed for quite some time now and I absolutely love it. Seed is actually a prebiotic and probiotic and doesn’t need to be refrigerated which is so nice when traveling.
