Turmeric Macadamia Butter

Introducing my favorite creation on Earth… Turmeric Macadamia BUTTER! It is full of anti-inflammatory properties from the turmeric and is so nourishing. To create this magic, all you need is four simple ingredients.

Since making it I don’t think I’ve a gone a day without spreading it all over my toast. It elevates avocado toast and pairs well with homemade crackers and I even love dipping raw veggies into it. I first discovered a similar spread at my favorite local Elixir Bar in Sydney, Australia. I’ve been dreaming about it since then so I made my own version and am elated to share it with you.

Ingredients

– 1 Cup Raw Macadamia Nuts

– 4 Tablespoons Coconut Oil

– 1 Tablespoon Ground Turmeric 

– 1/2 Teaspoon Pink Himalayan Salt (add more to taste)

To Make:

1 Add macadamias into your blender and blend until they are a ground paste

2 Add the rest of your ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth. This can take up to 5-10 minutes depending on the blender (Keep a bit of a crunch from the nuts, not fully smooth)

3 Store in a jar in the fridge & it’ll stay good for up to one month
